t20 stands for Top 20 International Business Schools. We are a non-profit membership association for Egyptian graduates of the top 20 international business schools and the top-tier global consulting firms. Our members run companies, funds, ministries and start-ups. What they share is an education earned abroad and a decision to put it to work at home.
The idea is simple: connect the dots instead of reinventing the wheel. Put the expertise already inside the network into frameworks that produce results, for members, for the businesses they lead and for Egypt.
Network
A community of C-suite executives, founders, investors and senior officials across Egypt and abroad. Regular gatherings, referrals, business matchmaking and a members-only channel that actually gets used.
Think
Closed-door roundtables and fireside chats with the people shaping the economy: the IMF's resident representative, the chairman of the Egyptian Exchange, ministers and their advisors, founders and angel investors.
Act
Members volunteer their time and expertise to national reform, from Egypt Vision 2030 and the Suez Canal Economic Zone to universal health insurance and one million free medical consultations.

Egypt Vision 2030
t20's main governmental counterpart. A team of around 20 members volunteered full time for close to a year, contributed to the development of Egypt Vision 2030 and produced feasibility studies for national projects.
- Ministry of Transport
Egypt Economic Development Conference, 2015
Eight months of full-time volunteering to conduct feasibility studies and prepare the project presentations shown to investors at Sharm El Sheikh.
- Ministry of Health
Invest in Healthcare 2018
Organised the conference that followed the new Universal Health Insurance Law, supported a PPP pilot for under-used public assets and launched One Million Free Health Consultations with MCIT and Telecom Egypt.
- Suez Canal Economic Zone
Development strategy and investment promotion
Refined the zone's strategy, ran the selection of its international consultant, and seconded a member as Vice Chairman for Investment for a year to oversee implementation.
